Carving out homes in the lines of the canyons of the Great Expanse and Sicco Glutture, Desert Crafters are social and can often be found sharing communities with other desert-dwelling StarDragons. Just as curious and inventive as their underground brethren desert crafter have moved away from mining and taken to tinkering and building things with whatever matierals they can get their hands on, often picking them from things they just find lying around in the desert that in no way belong to other StarDragons. Their favoured pasttimes tend to be scavenging, or buying, Shooter technology to reverse engineer them. - Desert Crafter tails are shorter and pudgier, designed to store fat so they don't need to eat as often as their underground counterparts. Their ears tend to be shorter and can flatten against their head if need be, with horns that grow in either a circular or V-shaped alignment on their head, they also tend to have numeous small spines along their backs, necks arms and face. Unlike other crafters, female desert crafters will often make small clockwork flowers that move and spin on their own.
