StarFishers are tricksters of the sea, every bit as beautiful and deadly as the fickle ocean waters they rule over. While there are some who choose to live peacefully alongside land-dwellers, you’re much more likely to find one popping a hole in your hull or dragging victims to the depths just to watch the bubbles. These amphibious StarDragons may breath air or water with the gills along their ribs, but admittedly lose much of their intimidating reputation when they attempt waddling on land. StarFishers are the children of the chaotic goddess of passion and the sea: Lenus. They are proficient in -murder -sea murder -swimming, probably - Their life gems are numbered at four total, with two on their hips at the base of their hip fins, and two, most famously, on the top of their head. These headgems resemble eyes that they enjoy poking up just above the water, lurking. While all life gems are solid and uniform in color, these head gems are unique, some sporting simple shapes and patterns mimicking frog or crocodile eyes. Starfishers have one central unihorn, and are adapted to sea life with webbed fingers and long frog-like feet. In their youth all Starfishers have tadpole tails before they mature into their adult forms. Males will have larger horns and long whiskers barbels at the junction of their ears and jawbones. Their tails are generally seahorse or crustacean themed. Females have smaller horns and barbels, sporting either jellyfish or tentacled cephalopod tails. Female Starfishers will often use Seaweed, Corals, Starfish, Anemome and Seashells as hairpieces instead of flowers.
